GENERAL

UNIKRAINE  Online Shop (“UNIKRAINE”) is a service provided solely for customers’ personal use for the sale of clothing, accessories and other Items ("Items"). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.

UNIKRAINE has taken great care to ensure that the Items on its website are presented as accurately as possible. However, color clarity will depend upon customers’ own personal monitors and UNIKRAINE therefore cannot guarantee that the color of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Customers should read through these Terms before placing an order.

To be eligible to purchase Items on this Website customers must:

Warrant that the personal information, which customers are required to provide when placing an order is true, accurate and current in all respects.

Customers agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that the customer is not authorized to use. By using this site customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. UNIKRAINE may from time to time change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.

PURCHASE

When a customer orders an Item from UNIKRAINE the customer is offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. The customer will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website. The customer places an order for Items from the Website by completing the online order process. Once a customer has placed an order, they will receive an email from UNIKRAINE, acknowledging the exact details of the order.

Unless UNIKRAINE notifies the customer that their order has not been accepted, or the customer has cancelled their order in accordance with the Returns policy set out below, UNIKRAINE’s acceptance of the customer’s order and the completion of the contract between the customer and UNIKRAINE will take place when the customer receives an email from UNIKRAINE confirming the Items they have ordered.

UNIKRAINE’s acceptance of the customer’s order will be deemed complete and received by the customer at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by the customer shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside UNIKRAINE’s control, the customer has not received that email. 

UNIKRAINE may not accept a customer’s order if:

  1. An item the customer has ordered is out of stock,
  2. UNIKRAINE is unable to obtain authorization for the customer’s payment or,
  3. If UNIKRAINE identifies a product or pricing error. UNIKRAINE reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by a customer at any time and at the sole discretion of UNIKRAINE.

If UNIKRAINE is unable to fulfil a customer’s order following UNIKRAINE’s order acknowledgement, UNIKRAINE will contact the customer by email or telephone advising them of this. See the Returns policy set out here. UNIKRAINE will try to keep its Website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available. If UNIKRAINE can't supply any Item it will release the funds being held in the customer’s account for the purchase.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards through LIQPAY System. The customer confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is their own or that they have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorise payment to UNIKRAINE, UNIKRAINE will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

UNIKRAINE takes all reasonable care to make its Site secure. UNIKRAINE does not store customers’ credit card details on its systems, however all other details will be fully encrypted and only used to process the order which the customer has initiated.

Furthermore, UNIKRAINE will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of customers’ orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on UNIKRAINE’s part, UNIKRAINE cannot be held liable for any loss the customer may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data the customer provides when accessing or ordering from the Site.

SHIPPING

UNIKRAINE and its designers aim to deliver the customer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.  Please order from UNIKRAINE with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time.

 Delivery time for Items in stock is 3 and 14 working days depending on when the customer’s order is processed, the location the customer requires the order to be shipped to.

If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, UNIKRAINE will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

TAX&DUTIES

Please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer. It is accepted by the customer that UNIKRAINE or its designers have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. UNIKRAINE recommends that the customer checks with their local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to their online order.

UNIKRAINE ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Scotland, Switzerland.

INSURANCE

UNIKRAINE and its designers insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. UNIKRAINE requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the customer’s purchased goods passes to the customer. If the customer has specified a recipient who is not themselves for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the customer accepts that evidence of a signature by this recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by UNIKRAINE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

FORCE MAJEURE

UNIKRAINE and its designers shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

UNIKRAINE wants to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction. For online purchases of in-stock items, UNIKRAINE and its designers will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund as set out below. Customer satisfaction is UNIKRAINE’s top priority, and as such it handles each query on an individual basis to the best of its ability. While UNIKRAINE hopes that the customer is delighted with their order, if they are not perfectly satisfied with the goods UNIKRAINE will happily offer a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred and available. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied you may request a return within 14 days of receipt of goods You then have a further 14 days to return your unwanted order. Please note:

  1. Please inform UNIKRAINE store manager about the decision in written form via email store@unikraine.com
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
  3. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches UNIKRAINE Office. For the customer’s own protection, UNIKRAINE recommends that the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
  4. The cost of returning the item to UNIKRAINE  is the customer’s responsibility.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, the customer’s new item(s) will be shipped to them as soon as the designer receives its returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. UNIKRAINE does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. UNIKRAINE and its designers are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Shoes: All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until the customer is certain they are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Intimate Apparel: Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of UNIKRAINE, its designers, its partners or its licensors, and is protected by international copyright laws.

All or any other trademarks not owned by UNIKRAINE, its affiliates, its partners or its licensors that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by UNIKRAINE.

Neither the Content, the Trade Marks, nor any other portion of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without UNIKRAINE’s prior written consent.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions, together with the current UNIKRAINE website prices, delivery details and UNIKRAINE contact details, set out the whole of the agreement relating to the supply of the goods to customers. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of UNIKRAINE.
